The assessment includes Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol (HDL & LDL), Heart Rate, BMI & Body Composition, Metabolic Age, Risk Assessment, and an Individual Health Report with results explained. Members also receive a FREE personalized meal plan and workout program tailored to their specific goals. Additional support includes one-on-one consultation, personalized nutrition plan, personalized exercise program, and progress tracking & reassessment every 6 weeks. This offer is enforced starting from July.
