Three featured pairings include: Filetto di Pesce Contadino (white fish fillet with herbs, olives, capers, pomodoro sauce and sautéed spinach) paired with Ruffino Orvieto Classico at $95; Gamberoni Grantinati alla Diavola (Mediterranean shrimp with chili, garlic, cheese risotto and spicy honey) paired with Moscato Spumante Cantico at $115; and Linguine con Salsiccia (flamed grilled ribeye linguine with eggplant, barolo red wine sauce, cherry tomato confit and shaved parmesan) paired with Banfi Col di Sasso Cabernet at $100.
